SOS Still On The Bestseller List – Heading For A Reprint

Bestseller TableIt has been a full six months since the launch of Sketches of Saskatoon.

I’m delighted to report that this ‘little book that could’ continues to hold down a spot on Saskatoon’s McNally Robinson Best Seller’s List.

SOS books at McNallyI took these photos of the Best Seller display table the last time I dropped by McNally’s.

Dropping by to browse is something I tend to do on a regular basis. Like many of you who are tireless readers who appreciate the printed word (and pictures to go with them), I’ve got to have my regular fix of books!

Sketches of Saskatoon is selling well enough, that I am presently getting things lined up for a second printing in the not too distant future.

When we do a second printing, organizations and corporations will have a chance to purchase a quantity supply of the books with their own customized message and logo printed directly on the inside title page.

This link ( SketchesofSaskatoon-Corp Custom Order Form-Katz ) will take you to a page with more details on the upcoming SOS Custom Reprint Option.

Read My Book

This link will take you to the online version of the article so you can read it for yourself.

It is so helpful in getting the word out about a new book to have media support beyond the days of its first release.

SOS At Indigo-w1

Indigo Books

Thanks to Samantha at Indigo here in Saskatoon for the special display Indigo has added to the shelf in the bookstore that features Sketches of Saskatoon.

Perched beside the stack of books ready to jump into the arms of browsers and buyers is a copy of  the article on SOS that appeared in a recent edition of the Saskatoon Express.

What a great way to give customers a bit more background information on the book.

And, another shout out and thank you to the fine folks at McNally Robinson in Saskatoon.

Sketches of Saskatoon spent 5 months on McNally’s Bestseller List, and has literally been flying off the shelves over there!

If you haven’t dropped in at Lifestyles before, make sure you plan a visit on your next trip downtown. You’ll find the Lifestyles shop on the ground floor of the grand old Canada Building at 105 21st Street East.

Thanks Darrell, for adding SOS to your shop. I hope many summer visitors to Saskatoon drop in and leave with their copies in hand.
