Sunflowers & Shortbread
These sunflowers from the cutting garden looked spectacular in their blue ceramic vase. And the pottery mug handcrafted by Ken Wilkinson was a perfect complement to the tiny ceramic dish holding the morning snack - a piece of Walker's Scottish shortbread. Cubist Coffee Multi
I've long been fascinated by the works of the cubists. Shifting shapes, interlocking lines, blocks of color - all designed to engage the eye and challenge the mind. In keeping with the 'cuppa' theme of this show, I created one cubist image and experimented with a variety of color combinations. This one: Cubist Coffee Multi. Coffee & Books
Like reading the classics? Like exercising your green thumb? Like a strong cuppa coffee with a good read and something pretty to look at when you rest your eyes? This could be just the piece to hang next to your reading chair to keep you company on a cold winter's night. It was fun working with the muted colors of old hard cover books, and it's always a delight painting terra cotta pots. Watercolor On Stretched Canvas 11” X 14” X 1” Framed Natural Wood Price: $325 + Tax
Table For Two – Heart Of Paris
I stumbled across this little vignette on an early morning stroll past a Parisian bistro on Ile de la Cite just around the corner from Notre Dame. The café was not yet open for business; but the chairs and tables had been set out in preparation for the day. The scene struck me as an inviting spot for an intimate tete a tete. Plaza Del Sol Lemonade Ibiza
Sometimes a cold drink is every bit as refreshing as a hot cuppa anything. Such was the case on a very hot day on the sun drenched streets of Ibiza, Spain. Baskets of lemons, limes and pineapples on the doorstep and the promise of an icy lemonade was just the thing to draw us in and cool us off. Watercolor On Stretched Canvas 11” X 14” X 1” Framed Natural Wood Price: $325 + Tax
Sidewalk Cafe Paris
The best thing about 'les passages' of Paris is that they often lead you to places you didn't even know you'd like to go. How tempting is this street side table for two that's just waiting for you to relax, refresh, and soak up the atmosphere in one of the greatest cities of the world? Watercolor On Stretched Canvas 11” X 14” X 1” Framed Natural Wood Price: $325 + Tax
Coffee, Books & Roses
This image invites you to sit and pause awhile. What we don't know is if you'll you be reading, or if you'll you be writing -or if you'll simply be sipping your cuppa and enjoying the scent of the roses and the sights in the distance. Watercolor On Stretched Canvas 14” X 11” X 1” Framed Natural Wood Price: $325 + Tax
Odette Cafe In Paris
From the moment I first stumbled upon this little street corner in Paris, I knew I wanted to paint this scene. You'll find Odette and its neighbors a very short stroll from the Left Bank just around the corner from the famed bookstore, Shakespeare & Company. It's a quiet little spot to grab a table and enjoy a cuppa while you watch the world go by. Watercolor On Stretched Canvas 11” X 14” X 1” Framed Natural Wood Price: $325 + Tax
Teacup & Tulips
This painting was inspired by a bunch of colorful spring tulips sitting on our kitchen counter. They called for a cup of tea. I answered the call. Watercolor On Stretched Canvas 10” X 10” x 1.5” Price: $275 + Tax

The brilliant seed pods of the Chinese Lantern pop against the bright blue of their vase, giving you plenty to admire while you sip your fav hot beverage. Perhaps a spot of tea from China? Watercolor On Stretched Canvas 10” X 10” x 1.5” Price: $275 + Tax

Tea By The Trellis
There is no limit to variety when it comes to teapots and cups. The blue-greys of this set play well against the ivy on the trellis. The Virginia Creeper and succulent agree. Watercolor On Stretched Canvas 10” X 10” x 1.5” Price: $275 + Tax
